this surgery is shocking dr coker is rude and nasty to people the reception staff are rude and on one day the older receptionist started shouting at a old lady saying your appointment is not today it was yesterday and the little old lady kept saying no its to day and the reception keep saying you missed it and then the reception woman said a name and the old lady said that not me and so the receptionist just said take a seat no apology or noting the doctors there just change your medication with out even telling you so this is upsetting in my view I would stay well clear of this surgery and go else where

I love this surgery. It's really easy to get an appointment, doctors are nearly always running on time, I always feel like I'm being listened to and the admin side of things has been fab for me too. I'm very grateful.

I can always get an appointment on the day I call. It gives me comfort that I have two very young children and I know I can always rely on the Drs and Nurses for professional advice and care. I am also always seen on time, if there is a delay the Drs always apologise! I find that the Drs are always attentive, especially towards young children and the elderly. I am never rushed or ushered out of the surgery. It is very clean and the receptionists are very friendly. It is the small things that count.

St Wulfstan Surgery is a gem of a surgery and we feel lucky to have it in our community. You can always get an appointment on the same day and the doctors and receptionists cannot do enough for you.

Our GP is Dr. Coker. Who always tells you the way it is. In him I trust and am grateful for all the help he has shown me over the years. The staff and nurses are all very friendly and professional in their approach towards you. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
